I fooled around with sketch club for about an hour....

Quick sketch

I set a thirty minute timer to sketch where I used to sit, I knew there would be no time to really detail it.. About ten more minutes to put a color wash over it in Art Set, and a photo of what I was looking at to try and sketch "plein air" sort of.  Not a good subject matter or composition, just beginning to do stuff again, as well as getting things ready for the move.

Tall ship Leaving

I messed around for about an hour with a new program called painter.  Okay for a start to a painting, but I would still like to run it through another app for more work on it...  Today I boxed up 6 boxes of my books, some like old friends you must leave behind... I saved out 3 tall ship stories.  Later, I cruised a tall ship in Outerra for a little bit, that is no doubt where the painting idea came from...
