Summit Lake
I have always liked Summit Lake.... It is not deep, has a lot of mosquitoes, ... but it is not usually crowded, easy to get to, and relatively quiet. There is a short, scenic hike, and it is a serene place.

You know, I don't think I've ever been up there? Just a short hike from your place you say? Really does appear peaceful and serene, and with all those bugs it pretty much guarantees only diehards like yourself will venture in. You go Cascade Boy!
