It truly is a gorgeous area, and half of it still uninhabited... enjoy it NOW. Sooner or later an investor will put $$ into powerlines and lookout! What these Californians wouldn't give for space to breathe! And CHEAP by their standards!
This had been our first choice when we looked for property to build our cabin on, but prices, even 5 years ago, were inflated so went to second choice, which lake has been wonderful all the same. But one would be wise to scrape together whatever they can to invest in their piece of heaven while they can!
