A walk in the sun

How about a nice quiet walk on the beach to start the week out with; no crowds, no lines, something beautiful to look at. The constant roar of the ocean waves block out distractions. For the moment, it is just you, earth, water, and sky. Be sure to wear a warm coat... this is a December ocean!
