Garden Material



I don't claim to be a cook, but one of my zucchinis jumped into the oven the night before last... right into a 16 inch pan, and came out looking like this for me. You will be happy to know that is parmisan cheese on top and not ash from the fire. It was yum.

Not bad at all! I've got a bunch of those big suckers I've been wondering what to do with myself, one can only make so much zuccini bread! I'd try to catch them when little to saute with other mixed veggies, but couldn't keep up with them! I assume you scooped out seeds, laid in some spagetti sauce and topped with ever plentiful ash, er, I mean cheese?
